Why should I use Vici to train for my sport?

Vici training programs are developed by experts in exercise physiology and incorporate research-backed training methods. Proper training with Vici programs will reduce the likelihood of sport-related injuries by incorporating the fundamentals of strength training, emphasizing mobility, and encouraging in-season and off-season training for each athlete.

Vici programs keep the athlete engaged by providing dynamic workouts and tracking growth that can be compared with teammates and peers. Athletes are able to utilize Vici alongside their teammates or individually.

Coaches and trainers benefit by receiving top-level training programs for their athletes. They also have access to view results and attendance for their teams and can communicate to athletes through the app, saving the hassle of back-and-forth emails or text messages.
